The procedure table feature allows limited customization of what published output looks like for work instructions. While this functionality is new in 5.40, any template that is upgraded to 5.40 has this functionality. The procedure table functionality allows work instruction published output to be customized by compressing screen shots and offering a portable view. The options to compress images allows for Word and PDF outputs to be smaller in file size. For example, the output can be customized to show two screenshots on one page instead of one. Currently, procedure table is only available for work instructions.
